एग्रीकल्चर फील्ड ऑफिसर क्या है (Agriculture Field Officer Kya hai in hindi)
एग्रीकल्चर फील्ड ऑफिसर की भर्ती प्रति वर्ष इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ़ बैंकिंग पर्सनेल सिलेक्शन (I.B.P.S) के स्पेशलिस्ट ऑफिसर (S.O) कॉमन रिटेन एग्जामिनेशन (सीडब्ल्यूई) के माध्यम से की जाती है। एग्रीकल्चर फील्ड ऑफिसर का ज्यादातर कार्य ग्रामीण सेग्मेंट का कामकाज को देखना होता है।
एग्रीकल्चर फील्ड ऑफिसर को किसानों को ऋण बांटने के साथ–साथ अर्थव्यवस्था के प्राथमिक क्षेत्र में आने वाले तथा अन्य क्षेत्रों में ऋण देने की जिम्मेदारी दी जाती है। एग्रीकल्चर फील्ड ऑफिसर को ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में बैंक की स्थिति को अच्छा बनाने की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी जाती है ताकि बैंक को कृषि के क्षेत्र मे बढ़ावा मिल सके। और किसानों को भी ऋण मिल सके।

आयु सीमा (Age Limit)
उम्मीदवार की न्यूनतम आयु 20 वर्ष तथा आधिकतम आयु 30 वर्ष होना चाहिए।
परीक्षा पैटर्न (Exam Pattern)
जो उम्मीदवार एग्रीकल्चर फील्ड ऑफिसर बनना चाहते उनको दो इग्ज़ैम और एक इंटरव्यू से होकर गुजरना पङता है।
- Preliminary [ प्रारभिक परीक्षा ]
- Mains [ मुख्य परीक्षा ]
- Interview [ इंटरव्यू ]
जो उम्मीदवार Preliminary [ प्रारभिक परीक्षा ] पास कर लेते है वो Mains [मुख्य परीक्षा ] के लिए पात्र होते है अगर वे उम्मीदवार Mains [मुख्य परीक्षा ] भी पास कर लेते है तो वे Interview [ इंटरव्यू ] के लिए पात्र होते है। इसके बाद Interview के आधार पर उम्मीदवार की नियुक्ति होती है उसके बाद नियुक्त उम्मीदवार की कुछ दिनों की ट्रैनिंग होती है उसके बाद जॉब।
